The Museum of Mediterranean and Near Eastern Antiquities (Medelhavsmuseet) is located at Fredsgatan 2, right in the heart of central Stockholm. The nearest subway stations are Kungsträdgården or T-Centralen. Buses 62 and 65 stop at Gustav Adolfs Torg. Buses 3 and 52 stop at Tegelbacken.
Parking is available at a parking garage on Regeringsgatan, and a few parking spaces can also be found near the Opera House.
The day pass is 160 SEK and is purchased in the museum reception. A day pass gives you free admission to the museum for a whole day.
An annual pass costs 200 SEK and gives you free admission to the Museum of Mediterranean and Near Eastern Antiquities (Medelhavsmuseet), the Museum of Ethnography (Etnografiska museet), the Museum of Far Eastern Antiquities (Östasiatiska museet*) for 365 days from date of purchase.
